Upgrade your Convention registration with a Prime Pass.  The Prime Pass is a great way to make your Convention experience even easier. Passes are limited and only available for attendees with Full Convention Registrations. The Prime Pass includes:

Event Insurance for Cancellations/Refunds

National Cattlemen's Beef Association now offers an optional insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that Will Refund You 100% of Your Registration Fees if you are unable to attend. You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the event. You will receive a 100% refund, no matter when you cancel, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control. There are no fees or penalties. The cost of this insurance is just $45.

If you decide not to use the registration insurance, there are absolutely no refunds if you are unable to attend the event.

Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibiting company is entitled to 4 complimentary registrations for each 10' x 10' booth space purchased. See exhibitor kit for details.

Disclaimers

1 Only current members of NCBA, ANCW & CattleFax are eligible for Member rates.

2 $150 of the Non-Member Full Registration fee will automatically be applied toward a 1-year NCBA membership. Individuals not wanting the membership may opt-out at the time they submit their registration.

3 Must be able to present valid student ID to receive registration materials/name badge on-site at Convention.

Cancellations/Refunds

Refunds will be issued only for registrants who have purchased event cancellation insurance. The insurance can be added at any time for $45 by logging in to the registration system and adding this optional item.


If you decide not to use the registration insurance, there are absolutely no refunds if you are unable to attend the event.
