Name badges will be available for pick-up in the North Building, Lower Level Pre-Function space at the Phoenix Convention Center. To avoid confusion and inconvenience, everyone must pick up their own name badge. No exceptions. Access to the exhibit hall will be restricted to those registered as exhibitor personnel during move-in and move-out hours. Exhibitors utilizing the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) company, refer to temporary work badges below.
Bulk Registrations: No lists will be accepted on-site for registration. If you are going to be registering a large number of staff, you can upload a list on the Exhibitor Registration & Housing website. On-site registration must be done on an individual basis.
Temporary Work Badges: No one will be allowed access to the Trade Show floor without either an Exhibitor Badge or a Temporary Work Badge. Temporary exhibit workers (installation and dismantling personnel) can obtain a Temporary Work Badge during move-in and move-out times at Registration in the Lower Level Pre-Function space at the Phoenix Convention Center. **See Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Work Authorization Request Form**

Your cancellation frees up a room for another attendee, so please cancel your reservation early if you will not be using it! There is no penalty for cancellations received by NCBA/Nashville Housing Bureau on, or prior to, January 5, 2018. All cancellations received after January 5, 2018 will be assessed on a one night's room and tax charge as a cancellation penalty by the hotel directly, regardless of when the reservation was received.
