Q: Where is the event held?

The 2019 Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center January 30 - February 1, 2019. Click here for directions.

Q: When does housing & registration open for the 2019 cattlecon?

Attendee registration and housing will open Monday, October 1, 2018. Register here!

Q: what is included in a full registration? 

A Full Registration includes tickets/admission to all events in Special Events section (excluding the Pre-Convention Ag Tour, NCBA-PAC Auction & BEEFit Workouts), as well as admission to NCBA Trade Show. Tickets for Cattlemen's College must be purchased separately.

Q: If I purchase a Trade Show only registration, what do I have access to?

A Trade Show Only registration gets you access only to the NCBA Trade Show. Trade Show Only registrations do not include access to General Sessions, evening events, or business meetings. Q: do I need the cancellation insurance?

National Cattlemen's Beef Association now offers an optional insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that Will Refund You 100% of Your Registration Fees if you are unable to attend due to covered reason. You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the event. You will receive a 100% refund, no matter when you cancel, if you are unable to attend the event for a covered reason outside of your control. There are no fees or penalties. 

If you decide not to use the registration insurance, there are absolutely no refunds if you are unable to attend the event.

Q: Is there a student rate available?

 Yes! We offer a discounted student rate. Valid Student ID must be present to pick up badge. Check out the student scholarship opportunity here!

Q: I am a producer and want to come to Convention but I can’t afford the cost. What can I do?

Did you know we offer scholarship programs for individuals just like you? Annual CattleCon scholarship applications will open Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Selected applicants will be notified in October. Click here for more information on the scholarship opportunities!

Q: How do I attend cattlemen's College?

To attend Cattlemen’s College you must purchase the Cattle Industry Member Education Package or add Cattlemen’s College to your Full Registration or One Day: Wednesday Registration. Learn more about Cattlemen’s College here!

Q: Can I attend a single session of cattlemen's college?

No, when you register for Cattlemen's College it is for the full two-day event. You may purchase specific sessions post-Convention via the Cattlemen's College online campus. Check back here.

Q: What is a prime pass?
