Cancellations / Refunds

Refunds will be issued for cancelled registration fees if cancelled on or before December 3, 2018.  After December 3, 2018 refunds will be issued only for registrants who have purchased event cancellation insurance. The insurance can be purchased for $80 by logging in to the registration system and adding this optional item.  You will be able to get a refund if the reason you are cancelling is covered under the policy. The insurance must be purchased within 10 days of the date that you you registered. No insurance can be purchased once that 10 days has lapsed. The insurance can be purchased for just $80 by logging in to the registration system and adding this optional item. 

 If you decide not to use the registration insurance, there are absolutely no refunds after December 3, 2018 if you are unable to attend the event.
